Sara Vincentzen Kondrup holds a Master of Business Administration and Philosophy at Copenhagen Business School and is currently a PhD Fellow at the Department of Food and Resource Economics. Her PhD project revolves around vegetarianism and peoples' perceptions of meat and other animal products. The main objective of the project is to examine change in the dietary practices of animal product limiters (flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans) and to understand how and why these distinct dietary practices appear, alter and disappear over time.
