Inaugural lecture: Conservation decision making in social-ecological systems
At the Department of Food and Resource Economics (IFRO) we are proud to welcome Kerrie Wilson as an Affiliate Professor.
Kerrie A. Wilson is an Australian Associate Professor at The University of Queensland, where she is an ARC Future Fellow. She is also Chief Investigator of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Environmental Decisions, and the Deputy Director of the UQ Centre for Biodiversity and Conservation Science.
Kerrie Wilson has a special interest in applied conservation resource allocation problems.
Kerrie will hold an inaguaral lecture on Monday 24 October titled: Conservation decision making in social-ecological systems
The lecture is open to all.

Dr Kerrie Wilson, associated with CMEC and IFRO, wins Life Scientist of the Year
Dr Kerrie Wilson, associated with CMEC and IFRO, receives this year’s $50,000 Frank Fenner Prize for Life Scientist of the Year. The prizes will be presented the 19th of October 2016 by the Prime Minister of Australia.
