Seminar: Drivers and motivations for the adoption of eco-innovation in the food sector

In the seminar, Marcia Dutra de Barcellos, currently a Visiting Professor at the MAPP Centre at Aarhus University, will present her research project on Drivers and motivations for the adoption of eco-innovation in the food sector as a platform to discuss the broader domain of sustainable innovation in the food sector.
