Mohammed Hussen Alemu


I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Food and Resource Economics at University of Copenhagen. I held the same position at Aarhus University before joining University of Copenhagen. I obtained my PhD in Environmental and Resource Economics with a concentration in food consumer behavior. Specifically, my PhD research was focused on investigating consumer preferences for novel, sustainable and healthy foods.
