Christian Gamborg (born 1969), PhD, Associate Professor in Natural Resource Ethics.
The main part of my research relates to ethical aspects in relation to the human use of, and relation with, the natural environment to further understanding of human-nature behaviours, views, judgements and decisions. I am interested in management and policy implications and the normative foundations of disagreements and conflicts in relation to topics such as sustainable land use, forestry, agriculture, wildlife management, conservation, ecological restoration, outdoor recreation, modern biotechnology and risk assessment.
I am (co)course responsible for Ethics, Environment & Society (7,5 ECTS, MSc course), Conflict Management (7.5 ECTS, MSc course) og Philosophy of Science for Landscape Architecture and Urban Design (7.5 ECTS, BSc course) og course reponsible for Philosophies of Science and Analytical Methods (7.5 ECTS, MSc module) and Philosophy of Science and Research Ethics (3 ECTS, Ph.D. course).
