I am a postdoc. I obtained my Ph.D in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen in 2015. My research interest lies in the areas of environmental and resource economics, agricultural economics, and development economics. More specifically, my reaseach focuses on climate change adaptation and mitigation in agriculture, commons management, consumer behavior, and impact evaluations. In my research, I use theoretical models, econometrics, lab and field experiments.
Current major research projects:
(i) The impact of monitoring and incentive interventions on governance, welfare, and forest outcomes among forest user groups in Ethiopia in a randomized control trial.
(ii) Breeding Coffee for Agroforestry Systems (For further information see http://www.breedcafs.eu/)
(iii) The impact of digital access to seasonal weather forecasting and prices on production and profitability among coffee producers in Vietnam in a randomized control trial.
