PROFILE
I am an interdisciplinary researcher; my line of work focuses on Ethnobotany and integrating local knowledge related to natural resources in research and development. I have extensive fieldwork experience from the Global South using ethnobotanical field methods. I am experienced in teaching at the University, and training people in rural environments to monitor biodiversity and forest management and conservation. I have professional knowledge in statistical analysis, GIS, and I have written numerous scientific and informative articles. I speak English, Spanish, Basque and Italian fluently and have basic knowledge of Danish and Greek. I am a dynamic and sociable person, and I want to focus my research on environmental projects of direct positive action in society.
