Crispy CRISPR Crickets - The ethics of sustainable insects production
Can part of the solution to the current climate crisis be to eat more insects?
If yes - how could an insects production look like? - or perhaps more important: What should it NOT look like?
Mickey Gjerris is an Associate Professor of Bioethics, and he will talk about the ethics of sustainable insects production.
We welcome all students to participate.
Others are welcome as well.
The webinar will be a presentation followed by the option to ask questions and debate the topic.
