Abstract:
Using past studies as examples, this presentation will discuss the pros and cons of using observational and experimental studies aimed to assess/improve diet quality, including the role of prices and labelling on food purchasing patterns. I will also present NUSMart, a fully functional web-based grocery store that can be used to assess a range of strategies aimed to improve diet quality in the on-line shopping environment.
