The development and application of information and digital technology have triggered “computable” revolution. Meanwhile, the field of credit reporting has extended from the traditional financial credit evaluation into a new system of social governance that integrates comprehensive information collection and credit evaluation, algorithm-based service decision-making, and joint disciplinary actions against dishonesties.
