N2 - The digital transformation of the shipping industry has brought significant challenges to ship-driving technology and new opportunities for crews. This report first analyzes the problems related to large ships' training and puts forward the necessity of efficient communication and computer support. The analysis and research of 3D imaging technology and computer-aided systems such as VR puts forward the evacuation model of the crew training with VR and optimizes the evacuation of the ship's members in the event of an accident, and analyzes and summarizes the advantages of VR training by examining the relevant products or systems such as Maersk training, Shenzhen Maritime Bureau and Videotel. VR supports crew safety writing needs to consider and eventually proposes a basic model for knowing related systems' development. The analysis methods mainly include literature investigation, video analysis, interview, and database analysis.
