Research area
I work with a) sociology of food consumption, including a focus on the social and cultural aspects of everyday eating and changes over time, b) obesity in a sociological perspective with focus on obese stigmatization in different sectors of the population, c) public perceptions of / attitudes to science, technology, and human use of animals. Methodologically, I am interested in and employ both qualitative and quantitative social science methods.
